I’m getting lots of questions about the diet I have been on for the past 2 months. It’s freeing to share what I’ve been working on to feel and be healthy. I think it’s a pretty relatable subject. (Check out the last few posts to catch up under “Health”!)
I thought it might be helpful to show you what I eat on the average day. You buy food packets at your Ideal Protein Center, which you will eat 3xs a day sometimes with a meal.
Here’s my breakfast.
2 Shots of Espresso & a Cappuccino IP Drink. (You are required to have an IP pack for breakfast). I Vitamix these 2 and drink it during my busy morning. You could totally just do your coffee w/ whole milk and breakfast bar or IP makes egg packets & pancakes too, but I’m not a huge fan. This is what I’ve found works for me.
Cucumber salad w/ homemade vinaigrette dressing & a Vanilla Crisp Square (1 IP Pack and 2 cups of approved veggies)
Mid-Afternoon Tea. If I need a treat I go to Starbucks and get a Peach Tranquility Tea. It’s so yummy! I actually drink hot tea all day long. Don’t let yourself get to the point where you are hungry. Always have a water or tea in your hand.
Roasted Chicken and broccoli w/ homemade marinade(8oz of protein, 2 cups of veggies)
Chocolate Drink Heated up to taste like cocoa orSnack (1 IP pack)
