Ideal Protein Tour!

December 29, 2016

Hey Guys.

About 7,000 of you a day seem to think my diet is interesting – or at least you are reading about it. I thought you’d like to see where I go each week for protein packs and to get weighed in. Be sure to connect with me on my new blog to hear about my many curiosities!

No shame.

Hello christen. I live in tbe uk. I have tbe same ad you – reflux. Had an endoscopy yesterday without sedation which was a mistake!!!!!!!! But anyway they found a ring of scar tissue which meant my food was sitting on it and not going down. They put a few cuts in it so hopefully it will fold down. But they said i need to be on medication forever. Horrible thought. I dont think the protein diet is in uk. Can you recommend a diet? Im thinking of just juicing. Jason vale is very good in uk but dont know if this would help or hinder. How do you keep reflux under control? Couldnt believe it had scarred my oesophagus. You are an inspiration.

OH Mandy! I am so very sorry! GI issues are so complicated and not easily remedied. I know I felt very hopeless. I will say that my GERD/Reflux will go away for a year or 2 and then come back during times of anxiety or stress. I have been on Protonix for over a year now and it does help. I tried to go off of it and my symptoms returned immediately. I recently read an article about inflamation and weight. I think they are connected. Ideal Protein says they are connected. I still need to stay away from peppers and too much spicy foods. I think I also did damage because even will less weight on my body I still feel it when flaired up. I think it’s going to take trial and error for you. And it’s a slow process so don’t get discouraged. The first time around it took me a year to feel better. I wish you well, my friend. xo, Christen

Thankyou. Is your protein diet in the uk? Also is it just to lose weight or does it have anti inflammatory ingredients in it? Love all your items. Some of them available in uk which is great even when following your link.
